About Kindly Cited
We make planning tools that are kind to come back to.
Many trackers are built around streaks and targets, which can turn a missed day into a reason to quit. We build the opposite: tools where blank days are fine, breaks are expected, and the only numbers are the ones you've already earned.
We design with ADHD in mind, and we think that kind of flexibility helps lots of other people too. We started with reading, and more templates are coming. We don't claim our tools treat anything. They're spreadsheets that try to stay out of your way.
We're also careful about evidence. Every feature that leans on research links the study and says what it doesn't show. Read more on How we cite.
